Product Description of Cementing Plug
We specialize in providing API oilfield drilling cementing tools, specifically focusing on cement plugs designed for both top and bottom applications. These cement plugs play a critical role in the cementing process by effectively isolating the cement slurry from other fluids. This ensures consistent and reliable performance while preventing any form of contamination.
We offer a diverse range of cement plugs that are widely utilized in various cementing operations. Our series of cementing plugs are designed with reinforced locking teeth integrated into the plugs. These teeth securely lock the plugs to the float equipment, eliminating any rotation during drill out. The plugs are primarily made of graded rubber with either an aluminum or phenolic core. Importantly, they do not contain any other metal parts, ensuring compatibility and ease of drillability. They can be effectively used in PDC drilling applications.
Our cement plugs with an aluminum core have an operating temperature range of up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. However, we also provide options for higher operating temperatures and compatibility with synthetic or mud fluids. Additionally, our cement plugs are available in sizes ranging from 4-1/2" to 20", and we can accommodate special size requirements as needed.
