Bottom Seating Assembly Downhole Pumps Of THBC Type

THBC downhole pump Description

THBC tubing pump is the bottom cup seating, barrel assembly is connection on the tubing string.

Fixed type tubing pumps standing valve assembly is attached below the pump barrel as part of the tubing string. A larger valve can be installed than with a retrievable type but the tubing must be pulled in order to repair it. When barrel repairs are required on a tubing pump, the entire tubing string must be pulled.

In the process of production, when traveling valve and standing valve appear problems,we can pull the traveling valve and standing valve out the well through the sucker rod string, plungerand the puller ,instead of pull the whole pump and tubing string out of the well, reduce the labor intensity of operation, reduce the operation cost.
